Survivor Recognition
Register as a Breast Cancer Survivor and you will receive a special Pink Survivor T-Shirt and Pink Hat courtesy of Zeta Tau Alpha and RE/MAX.  You will also receive a pink bib, designating you as a Survivor runner or walker.  Wear these items on Race day to celebrate your survivorship.  The Dallas Race for the Cure is a celebration and tribute to you for meeting the challenge of breast cancer.  Help us to recognize your strength and courage as we applaud all who have faced this challenge.    


Survivor Breakfast
Survivors 2Meet other survivors and have some coffee and rolls before you venture off to your 1K or 5K event.  This is a good time to enjoy the morning, fellowship of survivors and feel the excitement of the day.  Enjoy and celebrate!
  Pledge for the Cure
Friends and family can help fight breast cancer through online donations.  Donors can sign up individually or as a team to honor designated runners, survivors or others.  Click on the Pledge for the Cure tab to learn more details.  Win prizes by raising money for needed research, local screening and education.  For more details on the Pledge Program click here

Survivor Awards
Awards will be given to the top three overall competitive 5K race Survivor winners, as well as the First Place Master Survivor (Age 40-59) and the first place Senior Survivor (age 60 or older).

Survivor Ceremony
survivors walkingMeet in the Survivor tent after you finish the walk or run around 9:15 AM so you are ready for our live broadcast of the annual Survivor Walk on Fox4.  You will line up in the tent by the number of years since their breast cancer journey began and then walk with fellow survivors from the Survivor Tent to the Main Stage at 9:30 AM.  The Emerald City Band will entertain you, along with all your supportive race participants, in celebrating your success in the Race for the Cure not only on race day, but in beating the breast cancer challenge.  You will feel the energy and support as we all rejoice in your survivorship!!
