T-shirts and packets are mailed out in waves according to T-shirt size. It’s very possible that two people at the same address will receive their packets at different times. Don’t worry; your packet is on the way! To make sure your packet was sent to the correct address - go to your participation center at www.komen-dallas.org. If it’s not correct, send us an email at
I received the wrong shirt (wrong color, wrong size, etc.). How do I get the correct shirt?
Take your whole packet to NorthPark Center (8687 N. Central Expressway, Dallas) or Luke's Locker (3046 Mockingbird Dallas) October 12-14 to exchange your items. Back to Top

Checks and money orders are manually entered into the system. Although we work as fast as we can we also want to make sure that every donation is accurately applied. To alleviate the possibility of a check/money order going to the wrong participant please write the race participants name on the memo line and include a pledge form when you mail donations. Download the pledge form here www.komen-dallas.org and go to Fundraise and click on Forms and Tools. Mail the completed form with paper donations to: P.O. Box 678456, Dallas, TX 75267-8456.
