community grantees. We need groups of three or more help us place our breast health resource cards throughout Dallas County. No experience is necessary, all you need is a passion for helping others and a desire to give back to your community.
At-Home Pink Ribbon Project for Students
We have a program especially for students interested in volunteering from home. Each year we distribute pink ribbons at events to help raise breast cancer awareness and support. You can help us by making pink breast cancer awareness ribbons at home and mailing or dropping them off at our office. We only ask that you group the ribbons into sets of 50 in a plastic sandwich bag or envelope and use safety pins instead of straight pins.
If you have any questions or would like to learn more about how to participate in these and other volunteer projects with Komen Dallas County, please contact Kathy Witkowski at firstname.lastname@example.org or 469-619-3907.
